PromptLens, including our website, software, algorithms, branding, and all related intellectual property, is owned by PromptLens and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our service without permission.
PromptLens offers the following subscription plans:
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period—you will retain access to paid features until then. No partial refunds are provided for unused time in your billing cycle.
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on your first month. If you're not satisfied, contact us within 7 days of your initial purchase for a full refund. Subsequent months are non-refundable, but you can cancel anytime to avoid future charges.
We may change our pricing at any time. If we increase your subscription price, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the service after the price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
We strive to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee that PromptLens will be available 100% of the time. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or factors beyond our control.
